Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Clinstats Pvt Ltd, we strive to deliver high-quality statistical consulting services to our clients in the pharmaceutical industry. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to modify or cancel your engagement with us. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed.
1. Cancellation of Services
Consultation Services: You may cancel a scheduled consultation service up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without any charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the consultation fee.
Project-Based Services: For project-based services, cancellations must be requested in writing. If a cancellation is requested after work has begun but before the completion of 50% of the project timeline, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total project fee will apply. If the cancellation is requested after 50% of the project timeline, a fee of 50% of the total project fee will apply.
2. Refunds
Consultation Services: If you are eligible for a refund based on the cancellation terms outlined above, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Project-Based Services: Refunds for project-based services will be calculated based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation and any applicable cancellation fees. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of the cancellation request.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Completed Services: Once a service has been fully performed and delivered, it is non-refundable.
Digital Deliverables: Any digital deliverables or reports provided as part of our services are non-refundable once they have been delivered.
4. Changes to Services
If you need to modify the scope or timeline of a project, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Depending on the nature of the changes, additional fees may apply.
5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us at info@clinstats.net with your name, contact information, and details of the service you wish to cancel or for which you are requesting a refund. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
